Receive feedback on structure and character development for your draft manuscript, picking up on any inaccuracies along the way. This includes spelling checks and grammatical errors.

In-depth editing focusing on storytelling, structure, and overall manuscript coherence. A dedicated polishing of your work from head to toe, focusing on accuracy, delivery, plot, dramaturgy, intention, pace, and readability.

I pinpoint areas where an author can develop the text further or could improve on certain areas, which helps the author to reach their desired impact on their readers and hone their voice as a writer. This is the area I most enjoy - finding the nuances in the text that can make or break a piece.

Choosing the right editor is essential, and something that I found myself as an early writer. I often came across editors who were sharp with me, merciless with my work and non-communicative. When you work with someone's life story, dissertation, or blog, it is important to find an editor or coach with whom you connect, who can guide and facilitate, and not tear your piece into shreds. As a facilitator in an SEN college for five years, I have worked with hundreds of personalities and I have developed a talent for being direct, clear, yet kind.

Providing support and encouragement throughout your writing process, with structured deadlines to allow you to achieve your goals. Available year-round, as this service can be offered between other projects.
